Admission Requirements
Four-Year Degree Program
a. Credit passes in five
‘O’ level subjects (SSCE/GCE/NECO)
or its equivalent including, English Language,
Mathematics, Government and Diploma in
Public Administration of Lagos State University
or any other Diploma approved by the Senate
of the Lagos State University. The Diploma
in relevant discipline must be with minimum
of lower credit.
Five-Year Degree Program
a. Credit passes in five ‘O’
Level subjects (WASCE/SSCE/GCE/NECO) paper
including English Language, Mathematics,
Government and any other two credits.
b. Teachers Grade II Certificate with
at least Five Credits, including English
Language, Mathematics and Government.
c. Mature candidates of
not less than 30 years of age who are
deficient in either English Language or
Mathematics may be considered so far they
have a pass in one and credit in the other.

iii. B.Sc. Industrial Relations &
Personnel Management
iv. B.Sc. Insurance
Admission Requirements:
Four-Year Degree Program (ii) (vii)
a. Credit passes in Five ‘O’
Level subjects (SSCE/WASCE/GCE/NECO) or
their equivalent with 2 of the following
subjects at advanced level: Economics,
Commerce, Accounting, Government, Mathematics,
and Business Method. The five ordinary
level credit passes in English Language,
Mathematics, one of: (Economics, Accounting/commerce/Business
Method) and any other two subjects provided
a subject is not counted at both levels.
b. Diploma of Lagos State
University in Accounting Banking &
Finance, Industrial Relations and Personnel
Management Public Administration, Business
Administration or other courses from any
approved institution.
c. National Diploma in Accounting,
Banking & Finance, Industrial Relations
and Personnel Management, Business Administration
or of any other related courses from an
approved polytechnic
d. National certificate
of Education (NCE) in related subjects
from recognized institutions.
e. Passed in foundation/intermediate
examinations of recognized professional
bodies (CIBN, ICAN, ICAN, ACIA, AICM,
ACIL, ACTS, NIMARK, NIM, CIPM).

(ii) (vii)
Five credit passes at not more than two
sittings in GCE, WASCE, NECO, SSCE, including
English Language and Mathematics, one
of Government, Economics, Accounts, Commerce,
Business Method and any other two subjects.
Special consideration will
be given to mature candidates aged 30
years and above with relevant working
experience who are deficient in either
Mathematics or English with a Credit Pass
in one of the two subjects. |
